My name is Jason S. DiPonzio, an attorney in Rochester, New York. I have been a practicing attorney for nearly 30 years, representing clients in a wide variety of matters, with a particular interest in protecting elders – specifically elder law, estate planning, estate administration and guardianships.

As a member of both National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Greater Rochester Area Partnership for the Elderly – as well as learning from the experiences of my own clients – I have a clear understanding that coping with these issues may be stressful, confusing or overwhelming.  I strive to guide my clients through the process with empathy and compassion, while zealously advocating on their behalf. Moving ahead, other issues may emerge in which I am also experienced – such as real estate; and yes, pursuing restitution for financial fraud and elder mistreatment which is more common than most realize.

I represent individuals, families and small businesses throughout Western New York, including Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Livingston, Genesee and Orleans Counties. My practice is based upon the principles of a diligent work ethic, focused personal attention, sound legal advice and the open communication.  I strive to provide high quality legal services to my clients at a reasonable cost.
